LFY-650 Comprehensive Protection Mask Flame Retardancy Performance Testing Instrument
Main purpose
It is mainly used to test the combustion performance of comprehensive protective masks after being ignited by flames from six different parts simultaneously for a certain period of time. It is a dedicated testing instrument for the flame resistance performance of comprehensive protective masks.
Instrument features:
1. The mask fixture is a metal human head model, which can fully simulate the actual usage state of the mask.
2. The burner is equipped with a propane gas interface.
3. The flame height of the burner can be adjusted.
4. The mask head model fixture can be adjusted freely in the vertical and horizontal directions.
5. The ignition time is automatically recorded and displayed numerically.
6. It is equipped with a flame temperature measurement probe and a flame temperature display. Technical indicators
1. The total gas supply flow rate for the six igniters is (21 ± 0.5) L/min.
2. The flame height can be adjusted.
3. The diameter of the flame temperature measurement probe is 1.5mm.
4. The temperature of the flame at a height of 250mm from the top of the burner is (950 ± 50) °C.
5. The distance between the top of the burner and each of the six ignition points on the mask is 250mm.
6. The wall thickness of the metal head mold is 2-3mm, with flame resistance and fire resistance.
7. Ignition time timer: 0-99.99 seconds, accuracy: ±0.01 seconds.
8. Working power supply: AC 220V, 50Hz, 50W.
