On November 5, 2016, the Hong Kong Suanao Foundation held a grand award ceremony at Wuhan Textile University. Yang Chengli, the director of the Instrument Research Department of the Shandong Textile Science Research Institute and a senior engineer, won the Hong Kong Suanao Textile Technology Award II. The winning project was: The Development of a Test Instrument for Anti-radiation Heat Penetration Performance of Protective Materials. Director Yang Chengli attended the award ceremony.
