LFY-201H Material High-Temperature Tensile Strength Testing Machine

Main Application
The LFY-201H material high-temperature tensile strength testing machine is mainly used for measuring the tensile breaking strength, tear strength, and peel strength of various materials (metals, fabrics, yarns, plastics, rubber, and composite materials) under high-temperature conditions. It can also be used for measuring the strength of welding seams.
Instrument Features
The instrument is controlled by a PC computer and can display the tensile strength - elongation curve under high-temperature conditions. The test results are printed in report form. The test report includes the average value, maximum value, CV value of the tensile force of the material within the set temperature environment, the average value, maximum value, and CV value of the material elongation, and can also add or preset functions according to customer requirements. The heating body uses silicon carbide rods, which have the characteristics of high heating power and fast heating speed. The high-precision PID temperature controller ensures rapid temperature rise and stable temperature at the set value.
