LFY-228 Medical Protective Clothing Synthetic Blood Penetration Testing Instrument

Main purpose
This is applicable for testing the resistance of protective clothing to the penetration of synthetic blood under different levels of test pressure.
Working principle
The synthetic blood is applied to the protective clothing material under continuous pressure for testing, and the penetration of the synthetic blood on the material is visually inspected.
Instrument features
1. The instrument uses an air source that can provide (20 ± 1) kPa of pressure to continuously apply pressure to the sample, without being limited by the space of the test site.
2. The instrument has a pressure gauge to display the applied pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted.
3. The pressure medium used is compressed air.
4. A specially designed stainless steel penetration test chamber ensures a firm clamping of the sample and prevents the synthetic blood from spilling everywhere.
5. Square metal obstruction net: open space ≥ 50%; bending ≤ 5mm at 14 kPa.
6. Digital timer with an accuracy of ±0.01 min.
7. The instrument has a clamp that can generate a torque of 13.5 N·m.
8. The structure of the instrument is the same as the "Test Instrument Diagram" and "Test Chamber Structure" in the GB19082-2009 standard.
