LFY-206 Fiber Type Composite Fleece Compression Elasticity and Loft Testing Instrument

Main purpose
This instrument is suitable for the compression elasticity and fluffiness measurement of composite fiber sheets or other material fiber sheets. It can be used to evaluate the compression recovery elasticity or relaxation characteristics of the samples, as well as the fullness, fluffiness, and softness.

1. A high-precision, fully digital speed control system and precise reducer are used to drive the precision screw rod pair for the test, enabling a wide range of speed adjustment during the test. The test process has low noise and runs smoothly.
2. The test force is digitally displayed, and the test speed can be continuously adjusted.
3. It can achieve adjustment of the crossbeam's fast and slow elevation during sample clamping, and has functions such as overload protection.
4. This machine adopts control and data processing software with a WINDOWS operating interface to display the test force, crossbeam displacement, and test curve on the screen. All test operations can be automatically completed through the mouse on the computer.
