Main purpose

This instrument is suitable for measuring the permeability of disposable diapers, including the amount of slip-through, back-flow, and leakage. It can also measure the liquid penetration performance of sanitary non-woven fabrics and the transmittance efficiency of the liquid. The technical principle is as follows: A certain amount of liquid is poured onto the sample surface, and the permeability and transmittance performance of the liquid are measured. 
Instrument Characteristics 
1. The liquid penetration test was conducted using a funnel with an electromagnetic valve, and the diaper leakage test was carried out using a funnel with a valve to simulate the daily usage condition of the diaper. 
2. By using a special mechanical mechanism, the sample holder can conveniently accommodate multiple tests. Moreover, the angle control of the sample holder is convenient, making it easy to meet the requirements of the tests and ensuring the reproducibility of the tests. 
3. A control system equipped with sensors ensures the real-time acquisition of liquid passing data. 
4. The designed data processing software promptly transfers the data to the computer for analysis. It generates curves to facilitate the technical staff in conducting various data analyses, thereby enhancing the performance of the products. 
5. The automatic control system makes the entire testing process simple and convenient.

2. Liquid flow rate in the funnel: 80 mL / 6 seconds; 
3. Pressing block: Diameter 100mm, weight (1.2 ± 0.002) kg (capable of generating a pressure of 1.5 kPa); 
4. Pressing time for the block: 1 minute; 
5. Penetration time for slippage: 10 minutes; 
6. Through efficiency: Through the time it takes to process 50 mL of liquid.
