LFY-299 Leakage-Free Performance Tester for Protective Gloves

Main purpose

The LFY-299 Leakage Resistance Test Instrument for Protective Gloves is used to measure the leakage resistance performance of protective gloves. It is applicable to gloves widely used in industries and agriculture and can also be used for relevant tests and inspections conducted by national labor protection product inspection institutions. 
Instrument Characteristics 
The instrument is composed of an air source, a pressure-regulatable air path, specially designed gloves for holding the sample holder, a water tank, and a measurement system, etc. 
2. Special devices seal the gloves and the test gas path together. The mechanical arm then automatically immerses the installed gloves in the water tank. 
3. The precision pressure gauge displays the pressure value of the gas path. 
4. Digital timer. The buzzer will sound when the time is up. 
Technical indicators

The instrument is supplied with air through an air compressor as the air source, which is not restricted by the space of the testing site. 
2. Equipped with a high-precision pressure gauge to display the pressure value of the gas path, with an accuracy of ±1 kPa; 
3. Time range: 0 - 99.99 seconds, accuracy: ±0.01 seconds; 
4. The specially designed sample holder ensures a tight seal between the gloves and the gas line. 
5. Power Supply: AC 220V, 50Hz
