LFY-247 Sharp Edge and Sharp Tip Tester (LFY-247A Sharp Edge Tester / LFY-247B Sharp Tip Tester)

Main purpose

Used for testing the sharp edges and sharp tips of textile accessory products (such as metal and plastic accessories) and children's toys; the complete set of instruments is divided into: LFY-247A sharp edge tester and LFY-247B sharp tip tester; it can meet the standard testing requirements of textile accessory products and toys. 
Technical Specifications
1. Motor control drive, with short response time, no overshoot, and precise and uniform speed; 
2. By using high-precision force sensors, it is possible to ensure that the force value during the test remains within the range of 60 - 0.5N. The sensors also have an over-range protection function. 
3. The mainboard is equipped with a self-developed single-chip microcomputer, a color display screen, and a menu-style selection interface, making the operation very convenient. 
4. Sharp Edge Testing Device: a) Rotating Core Shaft: Made of stainless steel, with surface roughness ≤ 0.40 μm, the diameter of the core shaft is (9.35 ± 0.12) mm, the rotation angle of the core shaft is 360°, and the tangential rotational speed is (23 ± 4) mm/s; b) Force Application Device: Applies a force perpendicular to the axis centerline of the core shaft with a value of 60 - 0.5 N; c) The test strip complies with the standard technical requirements; 
5. Sharp tip tester: a) Apply force ranging from 4.50 to 0.2N; b) The measuring device has a rectangular test groove, and the opening size complies with the standard requirements; c) The sensing head of the sensing device is 0.38 ± 0.02 mm away from the outer surface of the measuring cover, and the distance between the sensing head and the compression spring is (0.12 ± 0.02) mm, and the indicator light is on.
