Main purpose

Simulate the damage to the outer layer fabric of the thermal insulation suit caused by repeated bending, and test the composite properties of the fabric 
Technical indicators
The test device consists of two clamping plates, with a diameter of (90 ± 1) mm and a thickness of (12 ± 0.5) mm. The distance between the two plates is (190 ± 1) mm. 
2. One rotating chuck can rotate in both directions, with a rotation range of 450° ± 10°; the other moving chuck can move back and forth in the direction of the rotating chuck. 
3. The operation speed of the device is ≥ 30 times per minute. 
4. Total number of bending tests for the sample: 2500 times. After each 500 bends, the sample is removed, rotated by 90° to change the clamping edge, and then re-clamped for the test. 
5. Time timer: 0 - 99.99 seconds / minute / hour; 
6. Number of occurrences: 1 - 9999 times; 
7. The sample size is 300 mm × 300 mm; 
8. Power Supply: AC 220V, 50Hz.
