LFY-279 Helmet Wearing Device Stability Testing Instrument

Main purpose

It is mainly used to test the stability of the helmet when worn. The helmet should not come off from the head mold. 
Technical indicators

The test device is composed of a frame, a head mold, weights, a guiding device and a releasing device. 
2. Each helmet is subjected to one impact. 
3. The total mass of the guiding device and the releasing device is 3 kg ± 0.1 kg. 
4. Impact weight: 10 kg ± 0.1 kg. Free drop height: 175 mm or 500 mm; 
5. The guide rail device is smooth, and the impact speed is not less than 95% of the calculated value.
