Main purpose

The LFY-260 Nonwoven Fabric Compression Absorption Performance Tester is used to compare the absorption properties of nonwoven fabric materials. It is applicable for the relevant tests and inspections of nonwoven fabric products conducted by national labor protection equipment inspection institutions and nonwoven fabric manufacturers. 
Instrument Principle 
The liquid absorption property of the fabric under constant pressure. The sample is placed on a special porous plate, which is connected to the liquid storage tank through a suction tube. The liquid level in the storage tank is lower than the upper surface of the porous plate. The pressure absorption property of the fabric is obtained by measuring the change in the mass of the storage tank over time. 
Technical indicators

1. Porous glass plate: Diameter (60 ± 1) mm; Thickness: (4 ± 1) mm 
2. Glass liquid storage tank: Diameter ≥ 80mm 
3. U-shaped glass tube 
4. Electronic balance: Accuracy 0.01g 
5. The instrument is equipped with a data acquisition system: it records the curve of the liquid storage tank's mass changing over time. 
The data acquisition component of the instrument can achieve a quality sampling rate of at least 4 samples per second. 
7. Power Supply: AC 220V, 50Hz
