Main purpose

This device is used to measure the ventilation resistance of the filter components (filter canisters, filter boxes, filter dust boxes, filter materials) of anti-particle respirators, anti-particle face masks and anti-toxic masks. It is applicable to mask and respirator manufacturing enterprises, labor protection equipment inspection institutions, and research institutes for the detection and inspection of masks and face masks. 
Technical Specifications

The instrument consists of an air source with adjustable flow rate and an air pressure measurement system. 
2. The digital display shows the ventilation resistance and has the functions of zero-point correction and accuracy correction. 
3. The sample clamping device and the support for the filter element facilitate the connection of the filter sample. 
4. Micro-pressure measurement range: 0 - 2000 Pa, accuracy: ±1 Pa. 
5. Gas flow measurement range: 0 - 100 L/min, accuracy: 1st class; Test flow rates: (30 ± 0.6) L/min, (95 ± 4) L/min. 
6. Test duration: 0 - 99.99 seconds/hour/minute (any selection is acceptable), accuracy: 0.01
