LFY-716A Respirator Air Tightness Testing Device

Main purpose

This is used for the airtightness test (low-pressure airtightness) of positive pressure self-contained open-circuit respirators under specified pressure. It is applicable to labor safety protection inspection centers, occupational safety inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, respirator manufacturing enterprises, etc. 
Technical indicators

The equipment consists of: test chamber, test head mold, breathing pipeline system, and differential pressure gauge. 
2. Test chamber: It adopts a wheeled design, allowing for easy movement. 
3. Test head model: A human head model (1), used for wearing the tested respirator mask. 
4. Differential Pressure Gauge: Measuring range -1000Pa to 1000Pa; Standard requirement: ±750 Pa; It can stabilize and maintain pressure according to the required pressure value, and the pressure maintenance time can be preset. The timing accuracy is ±0.01s.
