LFY-215D Medical Nonwoven Fabric and Towel Water Absorption Tester

Main purpose

Used for testing the absorption capacity of fabrics and non-woven fabrics for liquids, as well as the water absorption properties of towel products. It comprehensively characterizes the water absorption performance of fabric, non-woven fabric and towel samples. 
Instrument Characteristics 
This instrument integrates the testing methods of sedimentation method, water flow test method, capillary rise height method, wetting property and absorption method, and is a detection instrument. 
Technical indicators 
1. Constant temperature water bath (18 - 25) ℃; 
2. Straightedge accuracy: 1mm; 
3. Digital electronic timer: Accuracy 0.01 seconds; 
4. A cylindrical metal basket with an opening at one end, with a height of 80 mm ± 1 mm and a base diameter of 50 mm ± 1 mm. It is made of stainless steel wire with a suitable diameter of 0.5 mm. 
5. Metal mesh sample support frame: The size should be at least 120mm × 120mm, and it is equipped with a metal frame. The mesh size is 2mm. 
6. Stainless steel trays, with holes drilled at the bottom. The hole diameter is 3 mm, evenly arranged. The center distance between adjacent holes is 5 mm. 
7. The weight exerts a pressure of 2 kN/m²; 
8. Time range: 0 to 99.99 seconds, can be set arbitrarily; 
9. Data output item: Report the results in seconds. Include the maximum value, minimum value, average value, and any deviations from the prescribed testing method.
