1. This machine adopts an AC servo motor and a speed control system to drive the precise ball screw pair to move up and down, thereby achieving a wide range of continuous speed adjustment for the test, ensuring high precision, low noise and high stability during the test process. This machine fully meets the requirements of corresponding national standards, and can also conduct tests and data processing according to various standards such as GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and those provided by users, with good scalability.
2. The dedicated computer test control system has the advantages of high integration, stable performance and convenient adjustment. It can collect experimental data in real time, display the real-time dynamic curve of experimental characteristics, and save the experimental data file in the form of the commonly used Access database, facilitating the sharing of resources and network management by customers, as well as the re-analysis by users. For various word2000 reports customized by users, this software can easily access them, solving the problem of different users or the same user having different needs for test reports at different times. This software can process the original data of test force, displacement, time and deformation, as well as the derived curves.
