LFY-204C Adhesion Testing Instrument

Main purpose
Suitable for testing the adhesion of various types of adhesive tapes. It can be used by inspection departments and research institutions. 
Instrument Characteristics 
1. Stainless steel plate: An anti-corrosion steel plate with a carbon content of less than 0.12%, a nickel content of at least 8%, and a chromium content of at least 17%. Its dimensions are 200mm × 50mm, with a thickness of approximately 2mm, and its Brinell hardness ranges from 130 to 200. 
2. Mark a line every 30mm along the long edge of the stainless steel plate. The distance from the first line to one of the narrow edges is 25mm, allowing for the application of 5 standard-width adhesive tapes at one time. 
3. Roller: A polished metal cylinder with a diameter of 50mm, which can apply a pressure of 20N/cm to the sample; 
4. The rollers are driven automatically by the motor. The rolling speed is 60 cm per minute. 
5. The weights apply a pulling force of 2N to the sample. 
6. Sample holder: The steel plate is inclined at a 2° angle to the vertical plane to prevent the sample from detaching from the steel plate and to enable the heavy object to be suspended. 
7. Timer: Can be set to any value from 0 to 99.99 seconds. Accuracy: 0.01 seconds.
