LFY-297 Lens and Eye Protection Equipment Impact Testing Instrument

Main purpose

This device is suitable for measuring the impact resistance of the lenses of eye protection equipment (goggles, face shields) to steel balls. 
Technical indicators 
1. One special test head model is provided. 
2. A steel ball projector with adjustable horizontal and vertical dimensions; 
3. The instrument is equipped with a fixed-height height-measuring weight. This ensures that the height of the 1.3m steel ball drop can be adjusted conveniently and quickly, and the landing point of the steel ball is accurately aligned with the center of the lens. 
4. Steel ball: Diameter 22mm, mass (45 ± 1) g; 
5. Equipped with a stainless steel wire mesh protective cover to ensure the safety of the laboratory personnel. 
6. Special head mold fixation device ensures that the test head mold is accurately and firmly positioned.
