LFY-259D Chemical Protective Suit Liquid Penetration Tester

Main purpose
It is mainly used to test the liquid penetration performance of chemical protective suits by using the human model spray method. 
Technical indicators 
This instrument is mainly composed of the liquid supply system, the spray system, etc. 
2. The testing system is fully automated with computer control. It features a Chinese test program and automatically controls the entire testing process as well as the data processing. The results can be saved and queried. 
3. The entire equipment is designed in a wheeled style, making it convenient for transportation, installation and placement. 
4. The liquid supply system consists of a water storage tank, a self-suction circulation pump, and a flow regulation device. 
5. The spray system consists of 5 low-flow nozzles and a water supply device. The structure and installation position of the nozzles comply with the standard requirements. 
6. The electrical insulation of the equipment is excellent, and the connection between the casing and the grounding wire is secure. The water system is strictly isolated from the electrical control part to prevent mutual interference. 
7. The spray rate of each nozzle is (3.0 ± 0.2) L/min; 
8. Equip a sealed test room (test chamber) to prevent liquid leakage and to collect and discharge waste liquid. 
9. The test cabin has ample space for installing and replacing the dummy, making it convenient to conduct actual wearing tests in accordance with standards. 
10. The dummy model is 1.85 meters tall.
