Main purpose
The diaper permeability tester is used to measure the absorption rate, back-sweating performance and permeability of products such as diapers. Product features
1. The test solution used is controlled for liquid addition by a peristaltic pump, ensuring the stability and repeatability of the liquid addition, with an addition accuracy of ±1%.
2. The heating method for the test solution (normal saline) is through a constant temperature water bath.
3. Test sample fixture for baby diapers: 3 sets of U-shaped base, 3 sets of sample holders, 3 sets of standard liquid addition modules, 3 sets of standard pressure modules.
4. Test sample fixture for adult diapers: 1 set of U-shaped base, 2 sets of standard liquid addition modules, 2 sets of standard pressure modules.
5. All sample fixtures are made of PA66 material, which has strong impact resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
6. The entire machine adopts a desktop structure design, with stable operation and more convenient mobile installation.
7. It is controlled and displayed by a touch screen, with a menu-style operation in Chinese interface.
