LFY-259E Chemical Protective Suit Liquid Tightness Tester
Main purpose
This is used to test the liquid chemical penetration resistance of chemical protective suits, including: testing the penetration performance of spray liquid-tight chemical protective suits, splash liquid-tight chemical protective suits, and limited splash liquid-tight chemical protective suits.

1. Rotation speed of the turntable: (1 ± 0.1) r/min
2. Liquid sealing spray working pressure: (150 ± 15) kPa
3. Working diameter of the liquid-sealing jet nozzle: (4 ± 0.1) mm; Working length of the nozzle: (4 ± 0.1) mm; Inner diameter of the nozzle tube: (12.5 ± 1) mm
5. Distance between the opening of the liquid-sealing jet nozzle and the pressure gauge: (80 ± 1) mm
5. Liquid-tight splash nozzle: Hollow conical shape, spray angle of 75°, flow rate at 300 kPa pressure is (1.14 ± 0.1) L/min
6. The flow rate of the limited liquid-tight splashing test nozzle at a pressure of 300 kPa is (0.47 ± 0.047) L/min.
7. Installation spacing of the liquid-tight splashing nozzle: 450mm
8. Distance between the center of the splashing spray arm and the center of the turntable: 1500mm
