LFY-213 Protective Clothing Abrasion Resistance Tester

Main purpose

This instrument is used to measure the wear resistance of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics (non-woven materials), and can also be used to test the balling performance of wool fabrics under slight pressure. 
Technical Specifications

Using the touchscreen operation mode, in accordance with the standard inverted mode, place the circular sample on the grinding head. Under the specified pressure, it makes a planar contact with the standard abrasive fixed on the grinding table and undergoes multi-directional translational friction. The process continues until the sample is ground to the specified number of times. At that point, the instrument automatically stops running. 
2. The instrument can perform multi-directional translational movements to ensure that the sample is subjected to uniform friction. 
3. Number of friction heads: 4 positions. 
4. Sample holder diameter: Φ38mm ± 1mm and Φ90mm ± 1mm. 
5. Diameter of the grinding table: Φ140mm + 5mm. 
The total weight of the 38mm diameter sample holder and the guide rod is: (198 ± 2) grams. 
7. The total weight of the 90mm diameter sample holder, guide rod and O-ring is: (155 ± 1) g; the total weight of the 90mm diameter sample holder, guide rod, O-ring and loading block is: (415 ± 2) g.

The total mass of the loading block and the sample fixture components is as follows: the large block (795 ± 7) g corresponds to a nominal pressure of 12 kPa applied to the sample; the small block (595 ± 7) g corresponds to a nominal pressure of 9 kPa applied to the sample. 
10. Pre-set count ranging from 1 to 99,999, and it can be set arbitrarily. 
11. Test speed (grinding head rotation speed): 47.5 ± 2.5 r.p.m.
