LFY-239B Molten Metal Splashing Tester
Main purpose
It is used for safety protection in metal smelting sites and for quality inspection institutions in the field of safety protection. It is used to test the heat resistance penetration performance of protective clothing, gloves and other safety protection products against molten metal splashes (large amounts of molten metal splashing) in terms of thermal resistance. A certain mass of molten metal is poured onto a sample placed at a certain angle. The damage condition of the sample is evaluated by recording the changes in the PVC film adhered to the back of the sample after pouring. Based on the test results, the metal pouring mass is calculated, the protective level of the sample is evaluated, and the protective ability of the sample against molten metal is determined by checking the skin simulation material after the test.

① Crucible: Made of high-purity graphite material, with a height of 97mm, a top diameter of 80mm, a bottom diameter of 56mm, and a full capacity of 190ml.
② PVC film: Single-sided embossed, with a weight of (300 ± 30) g/m2.
③ Heating furnace: Electromagnetic induction, heating temperature ≥ 1700℃.
④ Temperature sensor: Measurement range: 700℃ to 1700℃, Accuracy: ±10℃.
⑤ Balance: Measuring range 0 - 3000g, accuracy ±1g.
