The test device consists of two discs, with a diameter of (90 ± 1) mm and a thickness of (12 ± 0.5) mm. One disc is fixed. The other disc is mounted on a shaft with a groove, allowing it to move in two segments towards the fixed disc: it moves forward (90 ± 5) mm and rotates (450 ± 10)°; then it continues to move forward without rotating.
2. The initial distance between the two discs was (190 ± 1) mm, and at the end of the forward movement, the distance between the two discs was (35 ± 2) mm. The movement of the two rotating discs was kept at a constant speed.
3. The movement speed is: (40 ± 4) cycles per minute. Each cycle consists of one forward movement and one reverse movement.
4. Sample size: 280mm * 280mm.
5. The sample test was conducted for 2500 cycles. During each cycle, the sample was manually removed after 500 cycles, rotated by 90°, and then re-clamped for the test.
6. Operating Interface: 7-inch touch screen control, with a high-resolution display of 1024x600, and simplified Chinese language.
7. The test data can be stored, queried and printed.
8. Equipped with an onboard printer, which can print test data. The printing uses three-layer anti-fog thermal transfer label paper, and the printed content can be directly pasted.
9. Equipped with a USB interface, users can export data.
10. Time measurement: 0 - 99.9 seconds / minute / hour.
11. Number of cycles recorded: 1 to 9999 times.
