LFY-716H Exhalation Valve Air Tightness Tester

Main purpose

The airtightness test of the exhalation valve for self-suction filtering particulate respirators. Complies with the test standard GB2626-2019 "Respiratory Protective Equipment - Self-Suction Filtering Anti-Particulate Respirators". Applicable to labor safety protection inspection centers, occupational safety inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, respirator manufacturing enterprises, etc. 
Technical indicators

1. Air source: Vacuum pump; 
2. Pipeline buffer volume: At least 5 liters; 
3. Gas flowmeter: Range (0 - 100) mL/min, Resolution 0.1 mL/min; 
4. Micro-pressure measurement range: -1000Pa to 0Pa, resolution 1Pa; 
5. Timer: 0 - 99.99 seconds/minutes/hours, adjustable as needed; 
6. The vacuum pump's pumping rate is approximately 2 liters per minute. 
7. Power Supply: 220V, 50Hz.
