Instrument Usage
This instrument is used for rapid determination of the sun exposure and climate resistance of dyes, as well as the resistance to sunlight and climate of various substances. It can also be used for conducting sun exposure and climate resistance tests on inks, plastics, paints, papers, rubber coatings, coatings and other items. The main measurement range is:
1. Sun exposure resistance test of dyes: Conduct the sun exposure resistance test of dyes under the condition of light (wavelength range of 380nm to 750nm) and certain temperature and humidity.
2. Climate resistance test of dyes: Determine the climate resistance of dyes under the combined influence of light (wavelength range of 380nm to 750nm), certain temperature and humidity and rain exposure.
3. Climate resistance test of textiles and other items: Determine the climate resistance of textiles and other items under the combined effect of light (visible light wavelength range of 380nm to 750nm; ultraviolet light wavelength range of 300nm to 380nm) and climate conditions.
Instrument Features
1. The light source adopts the XQl500 type xenon arc lamp, which radiates visible light (wavelength range of 380nm to 750nm) and ultraviolet light (wavelength range of 300nm to 380nm) similar to sunlight. Such a radiation source is equivalent to the result of sunlight measurement.
2. It adopts multiple automatic control and is safe and reliable to operate.
3. The laboratory temperature and humidity can be set on the instrument panel and are displayed numerically.
4. The upper air duct of the light source adopts a sleeve type, which is more convenient for installing the lamp tube and filter than similar imported instruments and is conducive to cleaning.

7. Cumulative test time: maximum 999.9 hours
8. Xenon arc lamp working time: cumulative, maximum 999.9 hours
9. Sample stand: diameter Φ204mm
10. Number of sample clamps: 12
11. Size of sample clamp: 135mm × 45mm
12. Illumination area: 100mm × 24mm
13. Rotation of sample stand: 5r/min, rotation: each full rotation turns over 180 degrees
