Main purpose:

With a microcomputer control system and a large Chinese-screen display, the appearance is more beautiful and smooth. The newly designed keyboard keys are simple and quick to operate. The circuits all use imported components, ensuring stable performance and high reliability of the instrument. It represents the latest domestic instruments. 
Instrument performance: 
1. The circuit has high integration, high precision and multiple functions. 
1. Fully computerized key operation, 5.7-inch (320*240) large-screen liquid crystal display with both Chinese and English options. The display languages can be freely switched to meet the operational requirements of different users. The human-computer dialogue mode makes the operation very convenient. 
2. The microcomputer-controlled hydrogen flame detector has an automatic ignition function, making it more intelligent. The new integrated digital electronic circuit offers high control accuracy, stable and reliable performance, with a temperature control accuracy of up to 0.01℃. 
3. Gas cut-off protection function, which provides maximum protection for the chromatographic column, thermal conductivity cell, and electron capture detector. 
4. It has an on-board self-diagnosis function, enabling users to quickly identify the cause and location of the instrument's malfunction. It features a stopwatch function (for convenient flow measurement), power-off storage protection function, anti-power supply sudden interference function, networked data communication and remote control function. The over-temperature protection function ensures that the instrument is not damaged. It also has an advanced data memory system that does not require resetting each time. 
II. The unique design of the sampling system enables the achievement of a lower detection limit. 
1. The unique sample inlet design eliminates sample discrimination; the dual-column compensation function not only addresses the baseline drift caused by programmed temperature changes, but also reduces the influence of background noise, enabling a lower minimum detection limit. 
2. Equipped with packed columns, capillary split/splitless injection systems (with diaphragm cleaning function) 
3. Optional features include automatic/manual gas six-way injection valves, headspace injection devices, thermal desorption injection devices, methane conversion furnaces, and automatic injection systems. 
III. Programmed temperature rise, precise control of furnace temperature, stable and fast operation 
1. A 10-step linear program temperature rise. The rear door opening adopts an optoelectronic switch without contact design, which is reliable and durable. The intelligent rear door system can adjust the air intake and exhaust volume continuously, shortening the time for each detector system to complete the program heating/cooling. 
The uniform stable equilibrium time was achieved, truly realizing near-room-temperature operation. The temperature control accuracy reached ±0.01℃, meeting the requirements for a wide range of analyses. 
2. The column chamber has a large volume, and the intelligent rear door opening system can adjust the air intake and exhaust volume continuously, which shortens the time required for the stability and balance of each detector system after the program heating/cooling process; Heating furnace system: ambient temperature +5℃ to 420℃. 
3. Better insulation effect: When the column box, vaporization chamber, and detector are all at 300 degrees, the hottest point of the outer box and the top cover is only 40 degrees. This improves the experimental speed and ensures the safety of the users. 
4. Unique vaporization chamber design, with a smaller dead volume; Accessories replacement: Injection pad, liner, polarization electrode, collection electrode, nozzle can all be replaced with one hand; Main body replacement:填充 column, capillary injector, detector can be completely disassembled with just one wrench, making maintenance very convenient. 
Highly sensitive and stable detector, meeting the requirements of various schemes 
It can be equipped with hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), thermal conductivity cell detector (TCD), electron capture detector (ECD), flame photometric detector (FPD), and nitrogen-phosphorus detector (NPD). 
All types of detectors can be independently controlled for temperature. The hydrogen flame detector is easy to disassemble and install, and it is convenient for cleaning or replacing the nozzle.
