LFY-406B Textile Grounding Resistance Measuring Instrument

Main purpose 
This instrument is used to measure the horizontal resistance (surface resistance) and vertical resistance of various textile flooring materials. The magnitude of the resistance can indirectly reflect the duration of electrostatic leakage of the test materials, thereby reflecting the electrostatic conductivity of the test materials. 
Instrument Characteristics 
This instrument measures the sample by using the three-electrode method. Its test device mainly consists of a flat electrode device and high and low resistance meters. The basic principle is to apply different voltage levels of direct current to the sample, and the weak current flowing through the sample is sampled and amplified by a standard resistor, which is then read from the high and low resistance meters. The resistance value is directly displayed in digital form, with high accuracy, rapid display, good stability and convenient reading. 
Technical indicators

1. Adopting a highly integrated 3 1/2-digit digital display; 
2. Measurement range: When the measurable resistance value is within the range of 1×10³ to 1×10⁹ Ω, the accuracy is ±5%; when the measurable resistance value is within the range of 1×10⁹ to 1×10¹² Ω, the accuracy is ±10%. 
3. Test voltages are DC 10V, DC 100V and DC 500V;
4. Operating environment temperature: (23 ± 1) °C, humidity: (25 ± 3) %RH; 
5. When the instrument is operating under a stable voltage and without any signal input, the zero point drift should be less than ±5% within a period of 1 to 8 hours. 
6. Basic error of the instrument in measuring the standard resistor: ≤ ±10%; 
7. Measurement Requirements: The duration of the instrument's measurement can be set (the start of voltage output for the corresponding range serves as the starting point for timing), measured in seconds. It must include a measurement with a 15-second timing interval. After the timing ends, the measurement will automatically stop and the results will be retained.
