LFY-406 Material Resistivity Tester
Main purpose
This instrument can be used to measure the surface specific resistance (surface resistivity) of various fabrics, carpets, films and other insulating materials. The magnitude of the surface specific resistance can indirectly reflect the length of the electrostatic leakage time on the surface of the test material, thereby reflecting the electrostatic conductivity of the test material.
Instrument Characteristics
This instrument measures the sample by using the three-electrode method. Its test device mainly consists of a flat electrode device and a high-resistance meter. The basic principle is to apply different voltage levels of direct current to the sample, and the weak current flowing through the sample is sampled and amplified by a standard resistor, which is then read from the high-resistance meter. The resistance value is directly displayed in digital form, with high accuracy, rapid display, good stability, and convenient reading.

1. It adopts a highly integrated 3 1/2-digit digital display.
2. Measuring range: 1×10^5 Ω ~ 9.999×10^14 Ω
3. The test voltage can be DC 100V, DC 500V or customized by the user.
4. Working environment temperature: (20 ± 2) °C, humidity: (35 ± 10) %RH
5. When the instrument is operating under a stable voltage and without any signal input, the zero point drift should be less than ±5% within the range of 1 to 8 hours.
6. Basic error of the instrument in measuring the standard resistor: ≤ ±10%
