LFY-406 Surface Resistivity Tester for Fabrics
Main purpose
This instrument can be used to measure the surface specific resistance (surface resistivity) of various fabrics, carpets, films and other insulating materials. The magnitude of the surface specific resistance can indirectly reflect the length of the electrostatic leakage time on the surface of the test material, thereby reflecting the electrostatic conductivity of the test material.
Instrument Characteristics
This instrument measures the sample using the three-electrode method. Its test device consists of a flat electrode device and a high-resistance meter. The basic principle is to apply a DC voltage of (100 ± 5) V to the sample. The weak current flowing through the sample is sampled and amplified by a standard resistor, and then read from the high-resistance meter. The resistance value is directly displayed in digital form, with high accuracy, rapid display, good stability, and convenient reading.

1. Adopt a 3 1/2 digit digital display with high integration.
2. Measuring range: 1×10^5 Ω ~ 9.999×10^14 Ω
3. Test voltage: DC 100V.
4. Operating temperature range: (23 ± 1) °C, humidity: (25 ± 5) %RH
5. Within 1-8 hours of stable working voltage and without signal input, the zero drift of the instrument is less than ±5%.
6. The basic error of the instrument for measuring standard resistors: ≤ ±10%
