LFY-402C Textile Horizontal Friction Static Dissipation Tester
Main purpose
This instrument is applicable to various types and structures of textiles that can withstand friction-induced charging. It is used to assess the difficulty of generating static electricity and the attenuation performance of textiles used in clothing manufacturing.
Instrument characteristics
1. The instrument is composed of a non-contact electrostatic potential measurement device, a mechanical arm friction device, a sampling and A/D conversion circuit, a sample frame translation device, and a computer-based real-time automatic detection and test result processing system.
2. The mechanical arm friction device performs a constant number of friction operations on the sample, causing the sample to become charged through friction. This enables the detection of the initial static voltage and the decay time, thereby revealing the static electricity performance of the tested fabric.
3. The instrument is controlled by a computer, automatically recording the initial voltage and decay time of the sample. It displays the curve of voltage changes over time in real time, which is convenient and intuitive.
Technical indicators
1. Test fixture: Inner hole diameter 72mm ± 1mm, thickness 1.5mm ± 0.1mm;
2. Sample holder: Inner hole diameter 75mm ± 1mm, thickness 1mm ± 0.1mm;
3. Friction Plate: The curvature radius is 250mm, the end curvature radius is 6mm. It is made of insulating material or wood. Its top is 1mm higher than the upper surface of the test sample plate.
4. Sensor: Within the effective diameter range of 40mm to 45mm, and at a distance of 50mm ± 1mm from the test sample;

6. Calibration electrode: Diameter 62mm;
7. Friction Head: Made of wood (130 ± 1)mm × (70 ± 1)mm, with a thickness of (27 ± 1)mm. It has a (10 ± 1)mm groove inside, and the interior of the groove is filled with absorbent cotton in the form of a blackboard eraser, covered with a cotton fabric. The absorbent cotton weighs 11g ± 1g.
8. Friction force: The magnitude of the applied pressure causes a 3mm ± 0.1mm indentation between the friction head and the sample; the adjustment range is 0 to 8mm ± 0.1mm.
9. Friction speed: 2 times per second;
10. Electrostatic testing range: 15,000V; Measurement accuracy: ±100V;
11. Calibration of electrostatic range: 5000V; Measurement accuracy: ±100V;
12. Attenuation Ratio: The attenuation range can be freely set within the range of 10% to 90%.
