LFY-401E Electrostatic Charge Damping Tester
Instrument Usage
The sample is charged using the induced effect of the step voltage, and the half-life and shielding coefficient of the sample in the non-contact state are tested.
Instrument Characteristics
The pressurization device can generate a step voltage of (1200 ± 50) V within 30 μs.
2. Signal acquisition sensor, which addresses the issues of zero-point drift and external interference in electrostatic potential, optimizes signal processing and enhances detection accuracy;
3. Computer control, real-time display of voltage-time curve, voltage half-life of the sample and shielding coefficient, data storage, historical data query, and curve printing.
Technical Specifications
Step voltage generator: A step voltage of (1200 ± 50) V.
2. Decaying time: The range is 0 to 180 seconds, which can be set. The error is ±0.01 seconds.
3. Signal acquisition sensor: A metal disc with a diameter of (30 ± 1) mm, surrounded by a grounding protection ring. The probe is connected to the amplifier. The distance between the sensor surface and the top of the support ring is (50 ± 1) mm.
4. Electrode: A stainless steel disc with a diameter of φ(70 ± 1) mm, fixed on an insulating support.
5. Support Ring: A metal ring with an inner diameter of φ(100 ± 1) mm. The distance between the top of the support ring and the electrode surface is (4.0 ± 1) mm, and it is coaxial with the electrode.
6. Sample clamping ring: Composed of an inner ring and an outer ring, the sample is placed between the inner and outer rings; the outer diameter of the inner ring is (250 ± 1) mm, the inner diameter is (220 ± 1) mm, and it is grounded and coaxial with the electrode and the support ring. The outer ring is made of elastic (flexible) material, which is convenient for clamping the sample.
7. Attenuation Ratio: The range from 0.1% to 100% can be set.
8. Sample size: 300mm × 300mm.
9. Working power supply: AC 220V; 50Hz.
