LFY-401A Static Voltage Attenuation Tester
Main application
This instrument is suitable for measuring the static properties of fabrics, plastic films, carpets, decorative samples and other types of samples or various plate-like finished products under laboratory conditions. The main unit of the instrument consists of a corona discharge device and a probe detector. Using the given high-voltage electric field, the sample is discharged for a certain period of time to induce static electricity, thereby detecting the magnitude of the static charge, the half-life of the static voltage attenuation, and the residual static charge, to show the static charging performance of the tested sample.
Instrument features
The severity of the sample's charging is determined, on the one hand, by the level of the static voltage generated after the high-voltage discharge, and on the other hand, it is related to the duration of this static voltage. The rate of static charge loss on the sample is expressed by the static half-life, which is an important assessment indicator for testing the static properties of the sample.
The instrument consists of two parts: the main unit and the automatic control box. It can be tested using the timing method and the constant voltage method separately. The instrument directly displays the instantaneous peak value and the half-life value of the sample's high-voltage discharge using a digital voltmeter. It automatically turns off the high voltage and the motor, making the operation convenient.

9. Test size of the sample: 45mm × 45mm
10. The instrument has been calibrated for static voltage measurement before being issued
11. Before use, check as required. The oil cylinder inside the main unit must be fully filled (with transformer oil)
12. Power supply: 220V 50Hz 1.5kW.
