LFY-401F Static Voltage Attenuation Tester (Computer Type)

Main application
This instrument is suitable for measuring the static properties of textiles, solid materials, plastic films, carpets, decorative fabrics and other types of fabrics or various plate-shaped finished products under laboratory conditions. The main unit of the instrument consists of a corona discharge device and a probe detector. Using the given high-voltage electric field, the sample is discharged for a fixed period of time to induce static electricity, thereby detecting the magnitude of the static charge, the half-life of the static voltage attenuation, and the residual static charge, to display the electrostatic properties of the tested sample.
Technical specifications
1. The instrument consists of a main unit and a computer detection system, which can be tested using either the timing method or the voltage setting method.
2. Controlled by a computer (PC), the voltage setting and timing can be selected, and data can be printed out.
3. Static voltage measurement range: -10kV to 0, accuracy: ±1%.
4. Half-life time ±0.1s.
5. Turntable diameter (200 ± 4) mm, rotation speed 1500 rpm, distance from the center of the turntable to the center of the sample and the electrode center is (72 ± 2) mm, the diameter of the induction electrode plate is (28 ± 0.5) mm.
6. Charging time 30s.
7. The instrument uses a computer testing system to directly display the instantaneous peak value, half-life value, and real-time display of the voltage attenuation curve over time during high-voltage discharge. The test report can be stored, displayed, and printed out. Each time period's attenuation rate and voltage value can be set to display (time points can be input, such as: 0-60s, 0-120s, 0-180s, 0-300s, 0-1000s, 0-2000s).

14. Before use, check as required, the oil cylinder in the main unit must be fully filled with oil (transformer oil)
