LFY-636 Flame Retardant Paper and Board Combustion Performance Tester

Main purpose 
The flame retardant paper and board combustion tester is in accordance with the technical conditions of GB/T14656-2009. It is designed to evaluate the combustion performance of flame retardant paper products that have undergone flame retardant treatment, coating or printing processing, with a thickness of less than 1.6mm, under specific conditions.

Technical Specifications
1. Burner inner diameter: 10mm;
2. Flame application time of the burner: 0 - 99.99 ± 0.01 seconds;
3. The test device consists of a combustion box, a control box, and a gas system;
4. Gas source: purity ≥ 95%, liquefied propane, or liquefied petroleum gas;
5. Automatic ignition, automatic timing;
6. Ignition time for the sample: (12 ± 0.2) seconds, flame height: (40 ± 2) mm, the burner automatically resets upon ignition completion. 
7. The pressure gauge range is (0 - 40) kPa.
