LFY-628 Foam (Soft Pad) Furniture Flame Retardant Performance Tester

Main purpose 
This instrument is used to test the combustion performance of furniture with soft cushions. 
Working principle

The sample is installed on the specially designed sample holder. After igniting a fire source at a specific part of the sample for a certain period of time, the burning condition of the sample is observed. 
Instrument characteristics 
1. A gas flame ignition source that meets the standard requirements, an unflammable combustion box, and a stainless steel test frame; 
2. An intake and exhaust system that can generate an air flow velocity of no more than 0.2 m/s at the test frame; 
3. The ignition time, progressive smoldering duration and flame burning duration are all automatically recorded and displayed digitally. 
4. An airflow control system capable of adjusting the flow rate of combustible gas flowing towards the ignition point of the gas flame and the pressure at the outlet. 
Technical Indicators: 
Continuous smoldering and flame burning time measurement: 0 to 1 hour, accuracy: ±1 second; 
2. Combustion chamber volume: More than 20 cubic meters; 
3. Air velocity on the test surface: Less than or equal to 0.2 m/s; 
4. The testing area should be at least 0.5 meters away from the nearest wall of the testing space. 
5. Sample stand: Backrest dimensions are 450mm * 450mm * 300mm, seat dimensions are 450mm * 300mm * 150mm, made of heat-resistant metal mesh structure. 
6. Dimensions of the stainless steel combustion tube: Outer diameter (8 ± 0.1) mm, Inner diameter (6.5 ± 0.1) mm, Length (200 ± 5) mm; 
7. Fuel gas: The flow rate can be adjusted, and the pressure at the outlet is 2.8 kPa. 
8. The flexible hose connecting the flowmeter and the combustion tube is 2.5 to 3 meters in length and has an inner diameter of (7 ± 1) mm. 
9. Sample size: (1100 ± 10) mm × (650 ± 10) mm; 
10. Test environment: Temperature range is 10℃ to 30℃, relative humidity range is 15% to 80%. 
11. Working power supply: AC 220V, 50Hz, 50W.
