LFY-613 Smoke Density Tester

Main application

This tester is suitable for measuring the static smoke production during the combustion of flame-retardant fabrics, building materials and their products, as well as other materials, and for evaluating the smoke density level.

1. Microcomputer control, equipped with an R232 computer interface for connection and operation via a computer; automatic timing, automatic ignition, automatic smoke exhaust; automatic correction of luminous flux;

2. Smoke density measurement range: 0~100%;

3. Accuracy of smoke density measurement: ±3%;

4. Combustion gas source: >95% propane gas (provided by the user);

5. Working pressure of main burner: 276KPa (adjustable);

6. Auxiliary burner pressure: 138KPa (adjustable);

7. The nozzle of the Bunsen burner has a diameter of 0.13mm and a working inclination angle of 45º;

8. Light absorption rate: Continuously measurable from 0-100%

9. Power supply voltage: AC220V, 50Hz.
