LFY-608 Convection Heat Conduction Tester
Main application
This instrument is mainly used for measuring the thermal conductivity properties of textiles, fire-fighting equipment and other materials.
Test method
Place the sample on a heat source with a certain heat flux density. Measure the time required for the temperature to rise to the specified value (△t = 24℃) using the calorimeter on the back of the sample. This is used as an indicator for evaluating the thermal conductivity performance.
Instrument features
1. It can display the flame temperature, measurement temperature and time digitally.
2. The burner uses a flame nozzle suitable for burning liquefied petroleum gas. The air holes are distributed in an inner and outer ring, ensuring uniform heating of the sample. The calorimeter is placed in the hole of the clamp on the sample holder and directly contacts the sample.
3. Its main performance indicators reach the level of similar foreign products, filling the domestic gap. The cost of the instrument is only one fifth of that of similar foreign products.
