LFY-602B Small 45° Flame Retardant Performance Tester

Main application
Used to measure the intensity and speed of the combustion of flammable textiles when they are ignited while being worn.

Technical indicators
1. The internal dimensions of the combustion test chamber are 370mm × 220mm × 350mm, with an allowable tolerance of ±10mm. A transparent observation door made of heat-resistant material is provided at the front of the chamber, and a ventilation strip is installed at the bottom of the door. There are also ventilation holes at the back of the top of the chamber.
2. The PLC control system integrates microelectronics technology, computer technology, and automatic control technology. It uses its internal cyclic scanning working mode to precisely and reliably control and measure the entire combustion process.
3. Combustion timing range: 0 - 99.99 seconds, resolution: 0.01 seconds
4. Ignition time: 1s, 5s, 20s, resolution: 0.01 seconds
5. Ignition nozzle diameter: 41/2 syringe needle
6. Sample size: 150mm × 50mm
7. Sample holder: It can support and fix the sample, allowing it to be tilted at a 45° angle, and can adjust its relative position with the front end of the flame according to the different thicknesses of the sample.
8. Sample clamp size: Composed of two U-shaped steel plates with a thickness of 2.0mm. The inner frame: 152mm × 38mm. The sample is fixed between the two plates, and is clamped on both sides.
9. Distance from the top of the igniter to the sample surface: 8mm, distance from the ignition point to the bottom edge of the sample: 19mm
10. Marking line: White cotton thread sewing line (11.7tex × 3), in accordance with the requirements of GB/T6836.
11. Distance from the midpoint of the flame spraying on the sample surface to the marking line: 127mm
12. Flame height: 16mm
13. Counterweight: Mass 30g ± 5g.
14. Brushing device: Compliant with the requirements of Clause 5.2 of GB/T 14644-2014
15. Temperature display inside the chamber: Room temperature to 99℃
16. Combustion gas: Butane (chemical pure).
