LFY-607A Thermal Protection Performance Tester
Main purpose:
This instrument is mainly used for testing the heat insulation performance of flame-retardant protective clothing/firefighting clothing fabrics when exposed to radiant heat sources and convective heat sources.
Technical Indicators:
1. Sample radiation area: 100 cm²
2. Radiant heat source: The radiant heat source and the two 45° convective heat sources have adjustable radiation intensity. The radiant heat source uses a specially designed T-150 infrared tube, while the convective heat sources use methane or propane gas for combustion.
3. Temperature measurement range of the calorimeter: 0 - 300℃; Total heat flux: 84 kW/m2 ± 2 kW/m2
4. Heat flux of the radiation heat source: 0 - 50 kW/m2
5. Heat flux of convective heat source: 0 - 80 kW/m2
6. Measure the thermal protection coefficient TPP of the protective material and display the time-temperature curve
7. Equipped with an integrated water-cooling housing and water circulation system
8. The instrument testing device and fume hood are designed as an integrated unit. The exhaust is convenient, the operation is simple, and it can connect with the laboratory's exhaust system and pipelines to promptly discharge the smoke and waste gas generated during the testing process.
9. Configure a dedicated computer for the instrument, with a Chinese operation interface. The test process is automatically controlled and the data is automatically processed.
10. User-provided: One set of methane or propane gas and gas cylinder, and one air compressor.
