Main purpose
The instrument is mainly used for testing the radiation heat permeation resistance of protective materials.
Technical indicators
1. The comprehensive test device for anti-radiation heat penetration performance is composed of a radiation heat source and a sample irradiation testing chamber.
2. The heat source is an infrared halogen lamp, with an AC voltage of 220V and a power of 500W.
3. Radiant heat flux: 10 kW/m² ± 1 kW/m² and 40 kW/m² ± 1 kW/m². The radiant heat flux distribution on the sample surface is uniform.
4. Sample radiation testing chamber: Equipped with a timing automatic control shutter.
5. Measurement Control Box: Composed of thermocouples, digital thermometers, absolute power meters and DC digital voltmeters.
6. Requirements for thermocouple performance:
Measurement range: 0℃ - 800℃.
Accuracy level: Grade 3.
Time constant: No more than 8 seconds.
7. Performance requirements for DC digital voltmeters:
Accuracy: ±0.05% (reading ± 2 digits).
Range: 0 V to 1000 V.
8. Performance requirements for digital thermometers:
Measurement range: 0℃ to 1300℃.
Resolution: 1℃.
9. The temperature on the back side of the digital display material after being subjected to timed irradiation is measured. The irradiation time includes specific time points (30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes).
10. The ventilation cabinet and the instrument are designed as an integrated unit, making the operation very convenient.
