LFY-659 Carpet Room Temperature Tablet Testing Chamber

Main purpose 
This standard specifies the test method for the surface burning performance of carpets when exposed to a small fire source in a controlled laboratory environment at a horizontal position. It is applicable to carpets of various structures and fiber compositions. 
Principle

Under the specified test conditions, the sample in the horizontal position was exposed to a small heat source, namely the hexamethylenetetramine tablet, and the damaged length and flame spread time after the test were measured. 
Technical indicators

1. Test chamber: Internal dimensions 300mm × 300mm × 300mm; 
2. Square metal plate: 230mm × 230mm × 6.5mm, with a circular hole of 205mm diameter in the center; 
3. Steel ruler: The graduation value is 1mm; 
4. Sample size: Length 230mm × Width 230mm; 8 pieces;
