LFY-660 Toy Combustion Performance Tester

Scope of Application 
This instrument tests the combustion performance of children's clothing, toys and their accessories, and assesses the combustion speed and duration for the following types of toys: 
1. Children's clothing (costume attire), especially those with shawls, flowing garments and similar items 
2. Toys that children can access, such as play tents and playrooms 
3. Children can hold the toys and the soft stuffed toys. 
4. Toys that can be worn in the form of masks and wigs, etc. 
Technical Specifications

1. Burner: The throat diameter of the burner is Φ(0.19 + 0.02) mm, with a length of 75 mm. The mixed gas outlet has a diameter of Φ1.7, and the inlet hole is 4XΦ4 mm. According to ISO 6941-2003 
2. Flame height: Adjustable within the range of (20 ± 2) mm to (40 ± 3) mm. 
3. Ignition time: Can be set from 0 to 99 seconds 
4. Retard burn time: Retard burn timing range: 0 - 9999 seconds 
5. Flame test angle: 90°, 45° is also an option. 
6. Sample fixture: 
① Internal dimensions of the U-shaped test clamp: 600mm × 80mm, in accordance with GB 6675-2003 
② Nail board sample holder: 500mm × 800mm  Nails: φ5 × 75mm  80 pieces 
7. Power Supply: AC 220V 50Hz 
8. With a test box body.
