LFY-660 Curtain Combustion Tester

Main purpose 
It is used to test the flame retardant performance of hanging fabrics such as curtains and drapes. It can be applied to single-layer or multi-layer fabric materials, but not to fabric materials with a weight greater than 700 g/m² (21 oz/yd²). 
Instrument Characteristics 
1. Adopting automatic control methods such as triggering timing, automatic opening and cutting off the gas supply; 
2. The height of the flame can be adjusted and can be precisely controlled. 
3. The ignition time is automatically timed, and the ignition device can be automatically turned off at a preset time. 
4. Equipped with an exhaust system, the residual combustion gases can be completely discharged after the test. 
5. The instrument is equipped with an air leakage alarm system to ensure the safety of the test personnel. 
Technical Indicators 
1. Specifications of the combustion box: Width 675mm, depth 500mm, height 700mm; 
2. Burner: Complies with (NFPA) NFPA 701: 2004, Section 5.3.3; 
3. The needle strips used for sample installation: They are made of 9mm stainless steel strips, 190mm in length, and are equipped with steel needles with a diameter of 0.7mm and a length of 11mm. 
4. Sample Holder: Equipped with 6 stainless steel sample holders; 
5. Sample size: 150mm × 400mm; 
6. The gas supply system can provide a gas supply pressure of 17.2 kPa ± 2 kPa; 
7. Power Supply: 220V 50Hz.
