LFY-654 Welding Operator Protective Face Shield Thermal Penetration Resistance Test Instrument - Main Application
Main purpose
This is used to test the heat penetration resistance of welding workers' protective face masks and protective films. At a high temperature of 650℃, the heat probe makes uniform contact with the mask material or protective film for 5 seconds, during which there is no penetration or opacity of the mask material.
Technical Specifications
1. Size of the heat source body: 300mm in length ± 3mm, 6mm in diameter, with a flat bottom surface.
2. Heating source temperature: (650 ± 20) °C.
3. Welding worker's protective face mask
(1) Length: For handheld and head-worn devices, it should be no less than 310mm. For the combination of safety helmet and face mask, it should be no less than 230mm.
(2) Width: Not less than 210mm
(3) Depth: Not less than 120mm
(4) Observation window: The length and width dimensions should be no less than 90mm × 40mm.
