LFY-612A Building Materials Flammability Tester

Main purpose 
Suitable for the combustion performance of relatively soft sheets or woven fabrics. The performance is rated using the combustion index. This instrument is not applicable to products that are prone to melting and shrinkage upon contact with a heat source. It is available for use in the construction materials industry, inspection departments, and research institutions. 
Technical indicators

1. Sample size: 635mm × 75mm 
2. Test fire source: (0.1 ± 0.01) mL anhydrous alcohol 
3. The sample should be placed vertically, with a distance of 12.5mm from the upper edge of the alcohol tray. 
4. Burning time timer: 0 - 999.9 seconds 
5. Temperature measuring thermocouple: Diameter 0.8mm, 4 pieces evenly distributed, real-time display of temperature inside the flue. 
6. Damage length gauge: 21 inches 
7. The combustion chamber is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is equipped with a tempered glass viewing window. It is integrated with the exhaust hood and the flue, ensuring stable and undisturbed airflow on the test surface. 
8. Working power supply: AC 220V, 50Hz, 50W.
