LFY-662 Helmet Flame Resistance Test Instrument
Main purpose/Use
Used for testing the fire resistance of helmets and the flame retardancy of face masks.
Technical Specifications:
1. Test the fire resistance of the helmet and the flame retardancy of the face mask.
2. The instrument is composed of a burner, a radiant heat source, a thermocouple, a stand, a timer, a combustion chamber, and a computer system.
3. Burner: Bunsen burner. The nozzle diameter is 13 mm ± 3 mm. The flame height of the Bunsen burner can be adjusted: the standard height is 50 mm ± 1.5 mm, and the height of the inner flame is 25 mm ± 1.5 mm.
4. Temperature sensor: K-type thermocouple; Temperature measurement range: 1100°C to 1300°C; Measuring error: ±1%.
5. Radiant heat source: Utilizes a specially designed T-150 infrared tube, with a radiant heat flux of 10 kW/m2 ± 1 kW/m2;
6. Ignition method: Automatic ignition; Angle between the ignition device position and the horizontal plane: 45° ± 10°;
7. The ignition time can be preset, and the standard setting is 15 seconds.
8. Timer: 0 - 99.99 seconds/minute/hour, indication error ±1%.
9. Gas: Industrial-grade methane.
