LFY-610A Respirator Combustion Performance Tester (for face masks)

Main purpose
It is mainly used to test the combustion performance of protective face masks, gas masks, etc. when they come into contact with flames at a certain speed. It is a special testing instrument for flame resistance performance of face mask products. 
Technical indicators 
1. The mask fixture is a metal head mold that can simulate the usage state of the mask. 
2. The burner is equipped with interfaces for combustible gases such as propane (liquefied gas). A handheld electronic pulse igniter is provided for easy ignition. 
3. According to the height of the full-face mask, the distance between the full-face mask and the burner has been adjusted before the instrument was manufactured. 
4. For other types of masks, the test distance can be adjusted by replacing the burner components. 
5. The burner is automatically and periodically positioned. At the ignition position, the flame height and flame temperature are calibrated. 
6. The burning time and smoldering time are automatically recorded and displayed numerically. 
7. Equipped with a flame temperature thermocouple measurement probe and a flame temperature display. 
8. The flame height scale and flame temperature probe can be rotated horizontally and moved up and down, meeting the measurement requirements that need to be adjusted according to the height of the burner. 
9. The horizontal linear velocity of the tip of the nose of the head model is (60 ± 5) mm/s, and the head model can rotate on the horizontal plane. 
10. The height of the flame can be adjusted (the standard requires a range of 40 ± 4 mm) 
11. The diameter of the thermal electric probe for measuring flame temperature is 1.5mm. 
12. The flame is at a height of (20 ± 2) mm from the top of the burner and has a temperature of (800 ± 50) ℃. 
13. The wall thickness of the metal head mold is 2 to 3 mm, and it is resistant to flames and combustion. 
14. Re-ignition time and smoldering time timer: 0 - 99.99 seconds, accuracy: ±0.01 seconds 
15. Working power supply: AC 220V, 50Hz, 50W 
16. Weight: Approximately 30 kilograms. 
17. User-provided: One tank of propane gas.
