LFY-908D Anti-radiation Heat Penetration Performance Tester
Main application
It is mainly used for testing the heat insulation performance of materials such as flame-retardant protective clothing and protective boots when exposed to radiant heat sources.
Technical specifications
1. Thermal flux of the radiant heat source: The radiation intensity can be adjusted, ranging from 5 to 50 kw/m2.
2. Radiant heat source: The radiant heat source uses a specially designed T-150 infrared tube.
3. Temperature measurement range of the calorimeter: From room temperature to 85℃.
4. Copper plate calorimeter: A copper-concopper (T-type) thermocouple is welded onto the copper plate to form it. The copper plate size is 50 mm × 50 mm, the thickness is 1.6 mm, the weight is 36 g ± 0.1 g, and the thermocouple diameter is 0.3 mm.
5. Sample clamp size: 150 mm × 150 mm, effective measurement area: 50 mm × 50 mm.
6. Time or temperature value when the inner surface temperature of the test sample rises to 24℃ or when the radiation lasts for 1 minute, display time-temperature curve.
7. The instrument is equipped with a dedicated computer for the instrument, a Chinese test program, and automatic data processing.
