LFY-665 Toy Combustion Performance Tester

Scope of Application: 
This instrument is used to test the combustion performance of children's clothing, toys and their accessories, and to evaluate the combustion speed and duration of the following types of toys: 1. Children's wearable clothes (costume clothing), especially those with shawls, flowing garments and similar items; 2. Toys that children can access, such as play tents and toy houses; 3. Toys that children can hold, soft stuffed toys; 4. Wearing items in the form of masks and wigs, etc. 
Technical Specifications

1. Flame height: 20mm ± 2mm, with height scale; Flame height can be adjusted arbitrarily. 
2. Flame test angle: 90°, 45° options available. 
3. Burner: The throat diameter of the burner is Φ0.19 + 0.02 mm, the mixed gas outlet hole is Φ1.7, and the intake holes are 4 × Φ4 mm, in accordance with ISO6941. 
4. Ignition time: 0 - 99.99 seconds / minutes / hours. It can be set arbitrarily. 
5. Duration of re-ignition timing range: 0 - 99.99 seconds, accuracy: 0.1 seconds. 
6. Using gas: Propane or butane gas. Users are required to provide their own. 
7. Sample fixture: Internal dimensions of the U-shaped sample holder: 80mm × 600mm, in accordance with GB6675. 
8. Testing and pre-processing environment: Temperature: 20℃ ± 5℃, Relative humidity: 65% ± 5% RH. 
9. With an experimental box body - made of stainless steel. 
10. Power Supply: AC 220V, 50Hz.
