LFY-611B Vertical Combustion Test Instrument for Automotive Interior Materials

Main purpose/Use 
It is applicable for the determination of the vertical combustion performance of automotive interior materials. It is used to evaluate the combustion distance and duration of automotive interior materials or material combinations when they come into contact with flames under laboratory controlled conditions. 
Technical indicators 
1. The electric heating wire automatically ignites. The height of the flame can be adjusted from 10 to 100 mm. The device for measuring the flame height: the scale is 40 mm high. 
2. Automatic timing positioning of the burner. 
3. The ignition time can be set arbitrarily. The ignition device's timing function allows for setting from 0 to 99.99 seconds, minutes, or hours. The precision is 0.01 seconds. 
4. The burning time is automatically recorded and displayed numerically. When a certain marking line is reached during the flame burning process, the system will automatically start timing. 
5. Burning timer: 0 - 99.99 seconds/minute/hour, accuracy: 0.01 seconds. 
6. The inner diameter of the gas nozzle is 0.18mm. The central axis of the gas lamp is inclined upwards and forms a 30° angle with the plane where the sample is located. 
7. Sample holder: A rectangular frame measuring 560 x 150 mm. 
8. U-shaped press plate, meeting the standard requirements. 
9. Marking line: White textured cotton thread, with the maximum thread density of 50 tex. 
10. Install a gas leakage detection device. In case of gas leakage, it will trigger an alarm and cut off the gas supply system. 
11. User-provided gas: Industrial propane or butane gas.
